CAREER BACKGROUND

A successful highly experienced individual who has led well-known brands across a broad range of industry sectors in both Private Equity and PLC ownership with the ability to engage a wide variety of people and ‘get the job done’ in tough and demanding environments.

Previously managed Yale, Chubb, Xpelair, Relyon and Britax and worked for global international groups including a joint venture between GEC and GE, Williams PLC (Yale, Chubb, Kidde), the world’s leading lock group ASSA ABLOY and Nestlé.  Previously led major company restructuring and delivered very strong financial performances.

Also a member of the Williams Special Operations Team, widely regarded as an industry leader in the management, re-structuring and integration of newly acquired companies. Additionally, has considerable international experience, managing companies in Europe, Scandinavia, North America and also established a new facility in China.

Most recent executive role was Sector Managing Director responsible for a number of Britax businesses as part of the PSE (Public Safety Equipment) Group.  Successfully led these businesses for over 9 years and experienced a very successful exit as a PSE management shareholder.
